Who Am I?
Francisco Valencia IV founded 3Ti leveraging his vast experience in leadership roles he served in, both in the military and commercial sectors. As a tactical communications expert in the Army, and later, as the Director of Services for Northrop Grumman Information Technology Division, Francisco’s focus has always been on empowering customers through technical innovation. Throughout his career, Francisco has applied innovative technology solutions that streamline processes, provide a more robust security posture, enable a reliable communications architecture, expands and optimizes existing customer assets; meeting mission timelines and saving the government valuable time and money. Francisco’s in-depth knowledge of procurement, accreditation and implementation processes has resulted in ensuring successful outcomes for the organizations and customers he has loyally served throughout his career.
Francisco is a Veteran of the United States Army, where he served within elite Army units to include 82nd Airborne, 75th Ranger Regiment and 1st Special Forces Group. After honorably separating from the Army, Francisco started his career focus at Cisco Systems where he worked in the Technical Assistance Center (TAC). After achieving his CCIE, and solving complex problems as the TAC lead and a CCIE proctor, Francisco then sought out a new position in management with Northrup Grumman serving as the Services Director out of the West Coast for the Information Technology Division. While leading the team, Francisco grew the services organization from 400K to 68M a year. Francisco then went on to continue to support the Department of Defense with Iron Bow Technologies, expanding the company’s footprint in Europe and the Middle East. In 2010 Frank founded 3T-Innovations with fellow veteran Nick Lichatz, and has since been focused on strategically growing the business and supporting customers globally.
Francisco is an active member in the community, a member of the Hispanic Leaders of America, volunteers extensively, and coaches youth competitive soccer for the local Tarpon Springs Futbol Club.
